Torbay’s dining scene just got a lot more exciting with the grand opening of Otto, a sleek new restaurant on the marina.
Owned and operated by the team behind the popular Twenty1 restaurant, Otto offers an upmarket yet casual environment with stunning views and delicious food and drinks.
Managing Director Anthony Jones says the team fell in love with the location and decided to take over the space after a major renovation. “We wanted to create a venue that does it all,” Anthony said. “Somewhere that people enjoy being in and unwinding on the water’s edge.”
The restaurant’s offering is diverse, from dining to coffee to drinks on the sun terrace. Otto has also announced that they have partnered with Jordan Kenny’s il Cornicione Pizza, whose award-winning wood-fired Neapolitan pizza will be served daily from 3 pm.
Otto’s stunning interior design was created by Michelle Lyons Interiors, and project managed by Anthony himself which he described as a busy, stressful but rewarding process. The whole renovation took just six weeks with the help of concept designs from Seen in Design and is complete with 360-degree views of the harbour during sunset, a large outdoor terrace, a new lighting system and fresh interior decorating.
